Director (Technical & Operations)
Brandon Gregory brings extensive hands-on experience in woodworking and manufacturing machinery. A third-generation machinery specialist, he completed a trade in electromechanical maintenance and has spent more than 16 years working with CNC machinery, edgebanders, traditional woodworking equipment, and integrated production systems.
His deep technical knowledge and practical approach ensure that every solution MGM Machinery supplies is reliable, efficient, and built for long-term performance, supporting the company’s commitment to strong customer partnerships and dependable outcomes.
Paul McBride
Director (Strategy, Systems & Growth)
Paul McBride began his career as a trained professional tradesperson before progressing into broader business and technology roles. He brings extensive experience in business systems, ERP solutions, workflow design, and operational planning, bridging the gap between hands-on industry knowledge and strategic decision-making.
With additional strengths in design, branding, and marketing, Paul focuses on aligning machinery, systems, and commercial strategy to help customers build efficient, scalable, and future-ready operations.
