The AES Raptor Ultra provides a high-level solution for your nesting and drilling applications with its robust build and advanced configuration. Its heavy structure supports various applications, offering multiple configurations to meet your needs. This flexibility ensures your productivity requirements are met with ease. The fully automatic production line allows the machine to load and unload materials automatically, with options for auto labelling or touch screen labelling.
A unique feature of the AES Raptor Ultra is VacuBoost. This allows the sheet to be held down with one pump, while a second pump is engaged in each zone as the spindle passes over it. This system provides up to ten times the traditional hold-down power of other machines. Please note that VacuBoost
is an optional add-on.
Additionally, the AES Raptor Ultra boasts a rapid traverse speed of up to 100 meters per minute and offers a variety of main spindle and drill head options, further enhancing its versatility and performance.
