MAIN TABLE
The high-density phenolic worktable delivers strong rigidity and stable hold-down, with a precision grid vacuum surface that ensures even suction and accurate cutting. Multi-zone control lets you activate only the areas needed, providing efficient clamping for both small parts and full sheets while reducing energy use.
MOVEMENT OF AXES
The machine uses a rack-and-pinion drive, precision guides, and advanced servos for smooth, accurate motion. Dual X-axis and high-response Y-axis servos deliver fast positioning up to 90 m/min, with a high-speed control system ensuring consistent, repeatable accuracy.
LUBRICATION
The automatic lubrication system delivers timed, precise oiling to all key moving components, reducing maintenance and extending the life of bearings, guides, and drive mechanisms. By keeping all points consistently lubricated, it helps ensure long-term reliability and smooth machine performance.
DRILL HEAD
Features 12 independently controlled vertical spindles on the X-axis and 7 on the Y-axis, supporting simultaneous drilling patterns and reduced machining passes. The 6,000 RPM spindle performance delivers precise, low-tear-out bore quality and repeatable accuracy for nested cabinet and component manufacturing.
TOOL CONNECTION
The machine features a latest-generation HSK-63F 15HP spindle for rigid, accurate, high-speed machining with minimal runout, and it can be replaced with a standard compatible spindle if needed. Its air-cooled system maintains stable temperatures, with a monitoring sensor that detects reduced airflow to prevent overheating and ensure long spindle and bearing life.
ROTARY TOOL HOLDER
A precision-engineered PMM-style carousel holds up to 12 tool holders, enabling fast, reliable automatic tool changes that reduce spindle idle time and boost productivity. Its high-strength construction and accurate indexing ensure precise tool positioning and support a wide range of tool sizes for advanced multi-stage machining.
AUTOMATIC LABELING
The Anderson Genesis Automatic Labeler is a high-speed, integrated labeling solution that eliminates manual handling and errors in CNC production. It automatically prints and applies labels with precise placement, ensuring clear part identification for machining, edge-banding, and assembly while improving efficiency and consistency in high-volume environments.
MOBILE PEDASTAL CONTROLLER
The Anderson Genesis Mobile Pedestal Controller is a machine-connected control unit mounted on a movable pedestal, designed to be positioned close to the machine for optimal operator access. It provides full control of the machine and, where equipped, the automatic labeling system, improving safety, visibility, and workflow efficiency during operation.
TOOL TOUCH OFF
The Anderson Genesis Tool Touch-Off System is an integrated measuring solution used to accurately set and verify tool height directly on the machine. By automatically detecting tool length, it ensures precise cutting depths, reduces setup time, and helps maintain consistent machining accuracy while minimising operator error.
LIFT TABLE
The automatic lift table streamlines loading by handling stacked or loose sheets from 16–32 mm thick and raising them into position for transfer. Its heavy-duty design works with standard forklifts, reducing manual effort while improving safety and overall production flow in high-throughput environments.
OFF-LOAD TABLE
The Genesis PLUS off-load conveyor provides smooth, automated part removal to keep production flowing.
Designed for high-volume nesting operations, it moves finished panels away from the cutting zone quickly and safely, reducing manual handling and eliminating bottlenecks. Its robust, low-maintenance construction ensures consistent transfer of parts and supports continuous, uninterrupted machining cycles.
PUMPS
The Eurovac R1.302 B-Style is a high-efficiency oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump designed for strong, consistent suction in demanding CNC hold-down applications. It delivers stable negative pressure, cooler and quieter operation, and long service life, making it ideal for continuous industrial production.
