Teflon Coated Glue Pot
New thermodynamic design heats up faster with just 2.5 kW power use. Dual-Point Glue Injection: Heats and injects glue at both top and bottom of the roller for consistent application. (interchangeable)
Pressure Rollers
Applies firm, even pressure to bond the edge band to the panel. Ensures consistent feed; second and third rollers are idle for smooth contact. Precisely adjusts for edge thickness from 0.4 to3 mm (up to 20 mm panel height).
The Cehisa Xpert employs automatic positioning of the pressure rollers from the control panel.
End Saws
0.2 kW at 12,000 rpm powers two saw blades for front and rear trim cuts. Smooth Runs on precision prismatic guides for clean, accurate cuts. New system directly connected to blades for cleaner operation.• Pneumatic Tilting of Sawblades between 0 and 10 degrees.
Top & Bottom Radius Trimmers
The unit features dual 0.27 kW high-frequency motors running at 12,000 rpm for precise trimming on both the top and bottom panel edges. It uses milling heads fitted with durable tungsten carbide insert blades to deliver clean, consistent finishes, while roller tracers protect high-gloss and 3D surfaces from marking. Ø65 × 20 × 20 Z4 R2 cutters with replaceable TC blades are used, and a two-position automatic adjustment system allows for fast, easy setup changes. Fitted with 4 motor servo automatic adjustment. Corner Rounding
The unit provides complete 4-point corner rounding for 1–2 mm PVC or ABS edging and is best suited to flat or lightly shaped profiles. It is driven by a single 0.27 kW high-frequency motor running at 12,000 rpm, with horizontal and vertical tracers to ensure smooth, accurate curves. A minimum panel length of 200 mm is required, and it uses Ø73 × 20 × 20 Z4 R2 cutters with replaceable TC blades, supported by an updated tracer system for improved rounding accuracy. Radius Scrapers
This unit refines the edge radius after top and bottom trimming to achieve a smooth, clean finish. Precision horizontal and vertical tracers with SIKO digital counters allow quick and accurate setup, while integrated air nozzles keep the tracers clean during operation. Built-in waste extraction ensures efficient chip removal, and quick-change blade holders make tool changes fast and simple.

Flat Scrapers
The patented floating flat glue scrapers on the Cehisa Xpert deliver superior glue removal and surface finish across a wide range of edge materials and profiles. Designed to self-compensate for minor panel and edge variations, the floating action maintains consistent contact and pressure, resulting in cleaner edges and reduced rework. This innovative system enhances overall edge quality, improves production efficiency, and helps achieve a smoother, more professional final result with minimal operator adjustment.
Nesting Tracers
The Cehisa nesting tracers are designed to support radius trimming and radius scraping units when processing panels with cut-outs, pockets, or hinge recesses. By allowing the working units to glide smoothly over surface interruptions, the tracers prevent the tools from dropping into cavities, protecting the finished edge from damage. This ensures consistent edge quality on nested parts and complex panel designs, even where small internal cut-outs are present.
Buffers
The Cehisa buffer units provide the final finishing stage, polishing the edge to a smooth, consistent result while removing any remaining residue. Working in conjunction with the Reipe liquid spray cleaning system, the buffers help activate and evenly distribute the cleaning solution, effectively removing glue marks and surface haze. This combination ensures a clean, professional edge finish with consistent quality and minimal need for manual touch-up.
Liquids
The Reipe liquid spray system applies a controlled cleaning solution directly to the panel edge during processing, helping to soften and remove residual glue and surface haze. In addition to improving edge cleanliness, the system reduces friction and prevents binding between the edge surface and the working units, allowing trimming, scraping, and finishing tools to run smoothly. This results in a cleaner finish, more stable processing, and reduced risk of marking or edge damage, particularly on delicate materials and high-gloss surfaces.
